ANYTHING YOU CAN DO, JESUS CAN DO BETTER

주님의 능력을 믿고 맡기십시오
"너희는 크게 잘못 생각하는 것이다." —마르 12:27
The Sadducees only accepted the first five books of the Bible, that is, the Pentateuch. They were self-proclaimed experts on the Pentateuch. Looking for a way to get the best of Jesus, they pulled out the passage about the levirate law in Deuteronomy 25:5-10 and built an outlandish scenario to disprove the resurrection. Notice what Jesus does! He disproves their case by breaking open a Scripture passage from the Pentateuch itself (Mk 12:26; Ex 3:6). They had been studying Exodus all their lives, but never noticed the part about "the raising of the dead" (Mk 12:26). How surprised they were to discover that Jesus was the real expert!
사두가이파 사람들은 성서의 처음 다섯 권만 즉 모세 오경만 인정하는 사람들입니다. 그들은 자칭 모세오경에 전문가라고 떠들고 다닙니다. 그들은 예수님보다 박식함을 자랑하기 위해, 신명기 25:5-10의 레비레이트 결혼법을 끄집어 내어 부활을 반박하려고 말도 안 되는 질문을 합니다. 예수님이 어떻게 대처했는지 보십시오! 주님은 모세오경의 성서 구절을 지적하며(마르 12:26; 탈출3:6) 그들의 생각이 잘못되었음을 제시합니다. 그들도 탈출기를 오랫동안 공부했지만 “죽은 이들이 되살아난다는 사실에 관해서는”(마르 12:26) 알지 못했습니다. 예수님이 진짜 전문가라는 사실을 알았을 때 그들이 얼마나 놀랐겠습니까?
What do you think you know more about than Jesus? Do you handle your marriage problems yourself instead of bringing them to Jesus because, after so many years of marriage, you know what works and what won't? Do you just cling to the status quo in your strained relationship with your relatives because you feel you understand the whole situation, while unthinkingly assuming that Jesus doesn't? Do you think you know more about the problems in your parish than He does? If you do, you probably won't bother to bring these situations to Him, because, after all, you've decided He's not the expert. "You are badly misled, because you fail to understand...the power of God" (Mk 12:24).
여러분은 예수님보다 얼마나 많이 알고 있습니까? 오랜 결혼 생활로 어떤 문제는 해결할 수 있고 어떤 문제는 해결할 수 없다는 것을 알기 때문에 예수님께 맡기기보다 혼자 해결하고 있지는 않습니까? 경솔하게 예수님은 알지 못할 거라 생각하며 그 모든 상황을 잘 알고 있는 사람은 자신임으로 친척들과 힘든 관계를 유지 하고 있진 않습니까? 여러분 성당(교회)의 문제를 여러분이 주님보다 더 잘 알고 있다고 생각하고 있지 않습니까? 만일 그렇게 생각하고 있다면, 여러분은 주님은 잘 알지 못하므로 잘 알고 있는 여러분이 결정해야 하기 때문에 주님께 그 상황을 맡기는 것을 꺼려하고 있을 것입니다. “너희가 하느님의 능력도 모르니까 그렇게 잘못 생각하는 것이 아니냐”(마르 12:24).
Repent! "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, on your own intelligence rely not" (Prv 3:5). Submit your all to Him.
회개하십시오! “네 마음을 다하여 주님을 신뢰하고 너의 예지에는 의지하지 마라”(잠언 3:5). 주님께 여러분의 모든 것을 맡기십시오.
