현순간에 뿌리를 잘 내리자
Root ourselves well into the present moment.
 
“How many little things there are in our everyday life! How, then, should we perform these little deeds? We must never do things hurriedly, but rather, we must do everything perfectly.  We have to project ourselves wholeheartedly into whatever we have to do.  To be faithful in little things means to live well the present moment of our life.”

우리의 매일의 일상 생활 속에서, 얼마나 많은 소소한 일들이 일어나는가. 그리고(then), 어떤 방식으로 이 소소한 행위들이 실행되어야만 하는가? 우리는 이것들을 성급하게 행하기 보다, 오히려 완벽하게 모든 것을 실천하여야 합니다. 우리는 우리가 해야 되는 것마다 온마음을 다해 반영해야 합니다. 작은 것들에도 진심을 다한다는 것은 우리 삶에 있어 현순간을 잘 살고 있다는 의미입니다."
