Love with a mother’s heart

"A mother does not stop loving her son if he is bad, she does not stop waiting for him if he is far away, her one desire is to meet him again, to forgive him, to embrace him again because the love of a mother embraces everything with mercy.   If this is true of ordinary mothers, we can imagine how true it is of Mary, the human divine mother of the baby that was God, and the spiritual mother of us all!    We must revive our faith in Mary’s love for us, we ought to believe that she loves us so much.  We must imitate her because she is the model for every Christian and the quickest way that leads to God."

"머니는 비록 그녀의 아들이 나쁠지라도 사랑하기를 멈추지 않으며, 아들이 멀리 있을지라도 기다리기를 멈추지 않습니다. 그녀의 하나의 소망은 다시 아들을 만나는 것이고, 다시 아들을 용서하는 것이고, 다시 아들을 포옹하는 것입니다. 왜냐하면 어머니의 사랑은 관용을 가지고 모든 것을 받아들이기 때문입니다.  이것이 평범한 어머니에 대한 경우라면, 하느님이신 아기(예수)의 거룩한 인간이신 어머니, 우리 모두의 영적 어머니, 마리아님의 진실을 상상할 수 있을까요!  우리를 위한 마리아의 사랑에서 우리 신앙을 되살려야 하고, 성모님이 우리를 많이 사랑한다고 믿어야 합니다.  마리아가 모든 그리스도인의 모델이며, 하느님께 인도하는 지름길이기 때문에 우리는 그녀를 본받아야 합니다."
