Dear President Andreas Schulz,
My sincere apology first: I did not know who you are and what you are, until Mr. Ahn yesterday told me that you are the president of your company.
Yesterday (2006.09. 15) late afternoon, Mr. Ahn visited our Parish to fix the problem. I also made a phone call to him yesterday morning in order to request him to check your E-mail.
The problem I described in my previous E-mail was not quite correct and the following is what I actually saw yesterday:
In our left pipe organ, there is something like a resevoir for the pressured-air which comes from the air pump of the upper floor and distributed to pipes after through "this" air-reservoir. More than 10 - 15 bricks were sitting on the top surface of the reservoir for the compressed air.
The resevoir looks lik a squared wooden box, and on the four corners of the upper part of the box, the leather parts are located. Among the four leather parts the two of them were torn out quite a lot, and one of them was leaking air a little bit. The size of two holes were so big that they can not be regarded as holes.
The biggest hole, whose size is at least a child's fist, was located at the very corner adjacent to the incoming rectangular-shaped air-duct, and the second biggest hole was located at the left rear corner of the air-reservoir.
After visually seeing the problem on the air-reservoir of left organ, when I asked Mr. Ahn about the current condition of the air reservoir of our another pipe organ on the right-hand side, he told me that the air-reservoir for the right pipe organ does not have such a problem.
After fixing the problem by attaching appropriate sized-leather pieces to the holes with a glue, Mr. Ahn told us not to turn on the operating switch of the pipe organs until this morning, in order for the glued parts being securely attached.
I hope that this fixes the problem. If we have a further problem on the air-leakage matter, I will let you know of it immediately.
Best wishes,
Prof. Sun Tae Soh

Dear Andreas Schulz,
Thank you for your promp response.
Since our two organs were installed less than 10 years ago, it could be covered by the guarantee agreement. If it is the case, we will be very happy about it. :)
I will inform what you told me below to the office of our Parish.
By the way, in my name,
Sun Tae Soh,
my last name is "Soh" and "Sun Tae" is my first name. My Christian name is "Matthew". :)
Best wishes,
Prof. Sun T. Soh
