Ps 90:3-4, 5-6, 12-13, 14, 17
R. (1) If today you hear his voice, harden not your hearts.
You turn man back to dust,
saying, “Return, O children of men.”
For a thousand years in your sight
are as yesterday, now that it is past,
or as a watch of the night.
R. If today you hear his voice, harden not your hearts.
You make an end of them in their sleep;
the next morning they are like the changing grass,
Which at dawn springs up anew,
but by evening wilts and fades.
R. If today you hear his voice, harden not your hearts.
Teach us to number our days aright,
that we may gain wisdom of heart.
Return, O LORD! How long?
Have pity on your servants!

Fill us at daybreak with your kindness,
that we may shout for joy and gladness all our days.
And may the gracious care of the LORD our God be ours;
prosper the work of our hands for us!

◎ 주님, 주님께서는 대대로 저희에게 안식처가 되셨나이다.
○ 주님께서는 인간을 먼지로 돌아가게 하시며 말씀하시나이다. “사람들아, 돌아가라.” 정녕 천 년도 주님 눈에는 지나간 어제 같고, 한 토막 밤과도 같나이다. ◎
○ 주님께서 그들을 쓸어 내시면, 그들은 아침 잠과도 같고, 사라져 가는 풀과도 같나이다. 아침에 돋아났다 사라져 가나이다. 저녁에 시들어 말라 버리나이다. ◎
○ 저희의 날수를 셀 줄 알도록 가르치소서. 저희가 슬기로운 마음을 얻으리이다. 돌아오소서, 주님, 언제까지리이까? 주님의 종들에게 자비를 베푸소서. ◎
○ 아침에 주님의 자애로 저희를 배불리소서. 저희의 모든 날에 기뻐하고 즐거워하리이다. 주님 저희 하느님의 어지심을 저희 위에 내리소서. 저희 손이 하는 일이 저희에게 잘되게 하소서. 저희 손이 하는 일이 잘되게 하소서. ◎
