- Utah Korean Times 성당 광고비 지원: 연2회에 걸쳐 $250/회 씩 지원키로 함.
- Father’s Day (Jun. 21) 야외 미사는Sherwood Park이나 Sunnyside Park 을 예약하기로 함 (총무). 주교님 집전여부 확인 (강젬마). 야외미사 추진위원장 선임: 전상웅, 김정로사. 음료는 성당에서 지원하고 음식은 성모회에서 준비하기로 함.
- 7월 25일(토)~26일(일) 1박 2일 피정을 위한여Spruce Camp Ground Group site#5 을 예약함. 가능한 한국 신부님을 알아보기로 함 (강젬마)
- 매일미사책 배달주소지를 이종욱 선생님 사업장에서 총무 자택으로 변경함.
- 신부님께 재의 수요일 행사를 오늘 3월 1일 진행할 수 있도록 요청함.
- 예비자 8명, 유아세례 1명 선물 주문(한영 기도서와 성가책 중 택1)
- 교리서, 성경, 기도서, 성가책 각 10부, 첫 영성체 교육서 샘플1권, 위령기도서2권 주문 배달
- 견진 교리서 10부 주문 요청(총무)

3. Attendee: Total 8 members (Gemma Kang, Thomas Kang, Francisco Jeon, Cecilia Yu, Rosa Kim, Peter Kim, Peter Park, Basil Park)
4. Discussions
a. Support Utah Korean Times for the advertisement twice a year and $250 per each.
b. Make a park site reservation for outdoor mass on Father’s day at Sherwood Park or Sunnyside Park (Basil Park). Request father to invite Bishop to celebrate our outdoor mass.(Gemma Kang). Francisco Jeon and Rosa Kim was appointed as persons in charge of outdoor Mass. KCCU supports beverage and the Women’s Society prepares food at the outdoor mass.
c. Reserved camp site at Spruce CG Group site #5 for outdoor retreat on July 25~26.
Gemma Kang will contact Korean pastor for this retreat.
d. Change the address for the delivery of today’s missal book from Augustine Lee to the Secretary General, Basil Park
e. Ask Father about the celebration of Ash Wednesday on March 1st
f. Prepared gifts for the candidates of Baptism
g. Order the Catechism books for the candidates of Confirmation Sacrament
h. Sunday school for the elementary school students and the preschool kids and a class for the first Eucharist will be started from March 15, 2009.
