4. 회의내용
a. 신부님 Mass stipend 관련
- 1월 회의록에 신부님 mass stipend 이전과 동일하게 드리기로 결정했었다는 기록확인.
- 신부님께서 mass stipend로 매달 $50씩 받으시겠다고 젬마님께 연락하심.
- 매달 mass stipend $50와 mass gratitude $100를 따로 드리기로 결정.
- Mass gratitude $100는 일년에 네 번에 걸쳐 $300씩 드리기로 결정. (4월 부활절, 6월 Father’s day, 8월 성모 승천 축일, 12월 크리스마스)
b. 축성용 초 48개 준비 완료 (총무님). 오늘 미사 때 축성예정.
c. 신자 주소록 정리 (김철우 요셉). 형식을 간단히 할 것.
d. 평협 위원용 폴더 준비 완료 (총무님).
e. Facility Use Committee에 대한 설명
f. 각 부서 연간 계획 제출바람.

- 해설을 윤진숙 아네스 자매님이 계속 해주실지 확인. (박병주 도미니카)

- 전례봉사자는 15분전 도착. 반드시 정해진 옷을 입도록 할 것. (옷은 회장님 확인)
h. 1박 2일 피정 관련
- 2009년 1박 2일 피정 진행에 대해 전원 찬성
- 장소: 야외에서 하기로 잠정 결정. 캠핑 장소는 총무님께서 확인.
- 시간: 7월 25-26일 근처로 잠정 결정. 총무님께서 확인.
- 세부계획: 장소와 시간이 정해지면 추후 세부계획 논의.
i. Outdoor Mass: Father’s Day (6월 21일)로 세부계획 짜기 (총무님 확인).
j. 평신도 협의회는 매월 첫째 주 일요일 11:30에 St. Joseph Hall 에서 진행함.

3. Attendee: Total 10 members (Kang Gemma, Kang Thomas, Yu Cecilia, Kim Rosa, Park Dominica, Kim Peter, Wu Elizabeth, Ahn Anselmo, Kim Joseph, Park Basil)
4. Discussions
a. Explained Father’s request about the mass stipend and changed the amount of mass stipend to $25/mass, and discussed to present our gratitude four times a year
b. 48 candles were prepared by the Secretary General for candle blessing
c. Parishioner Directory using simple format will be updated by Joseph Kim
d. File folders for the community council members were prepared by the Secretary General
e. Gemma explained Facility Use Committee
f. Discussed out door retreat at the Spruce camp ground in Big Cottonwood Canyon
- Reserve the campsite first and fix the date, and then make a schedule in detail
g. Out door mass will be held on Father’s day Jun. 21, at Sunnyside Park
h. Korean Community Council meetings will be held on the first Sunday of each month at St. Joseph Hall. Next Council meeting will be held on March 1st 11:30 at St. Joseph Hall.
